Friends, one of the major audience pulling factor for a movie is the lead casting pairs. and many times the audience would eagerly wait for the scenes between them. Some times directors craft these roles to a mere perfection. A good example is Gangleader. the no.of scenes and the length of them between Chiru and Vijayasanti are perfectly synced to the movie theme and the role of the actors.
But when you watch some scenes, you would prefer to go out of your chair to grab some snacks or for a smoke. Like the ones between mohan babu and preeti jhangiani in adhipathi.
Movie pundits used to call this as onscreen chemistry. In olden days this used to be superbly work out between NTR and Anjali Devi garu, ANR and Savithri garu. But these days we don't see movies with such repetitive casting btwn lead roles.
Lets discuss on which movies impressed you in this aspect.. For me
Chiranjeevi and Sridevi in Jagadeka veerudu Atiloka sundari
Chiranjeevi and Vijayasanthi in Gang leader
Pawan Kalyan and Bhumika. (Watched all three versions of Kushi and this is the best pair)
Also the Gundamma katha roles
who else can beat Balayya and Mohan Babu in this aspect picking worst
Balayya with Kathrina Kaif
Mohan babu and Preeti jhangiani
and Mahesh Bob and simran and sakshi sivanand.. Who ever made this choice
Although this thread for mainly hero-heroin roles, you can discuss for other roles as well like villains, character artist etc
