The first ever African American president, Barack Obama, got booked for four more years, with people voting him for his historic win as the only second Democrat party leader to win a consecutive term ever after World War II.
Obama's rival Mitt Romney is expected to create some history as it was much publicized that slow economic recovery and high unemployment will take toll on the present post holder. Though exit-polls and television networks predicted a clean sweep for Romney, it is definitely a historical win for Obama as people believed in him.
'This happened because of you. Thank you', tweeted Obama, after turning euphoric for the win.
