The State Government is to make land available for the project free of cost and also render all possible assistance for the completion of the project. No portion of the sanctioned project should be executed or implemented in property owned by private individuals or trust, the Government has said.
The State Government is to also set up a Monitoring Committee headed by the Principal Secretary (Tourism) with a Member from the Ministry of Tourism and the implementing agency to monitor physical and financial progress of the sanctioned project.
