It is a known thing that a group of people
complained against chiranjeevi to CBI for
having spent Rs.2.14 crores for recent World
Tourism Conference held at 7 star hotel, Taj
Falaknama. They alleged that the 'tea' was
priced Rs.1200 and meals were charged
Rs.3,500 per head. They requested the CBI to
investigate on misappropriatio n of funds in

has provoked a group of people to get the
details of tourism conference through right to
information act and they did it. Subsequently,
the issue went on to media coverage.
Obviously, media slung mud on chiranjeevi at

ministry, but every department or ministry
follows give and take policy. The tourism
ministry spent Rs.2.14 crores on international

ordinary police feels its a silly case. Even if CBI
starts investigating the case, they go to hotel
Falaknama, and enquire the prices of tea and
