AP Assembly praises ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Kanche’
The jury for the 63rd National Film Awards created ripples by choosing Baahubali as the best film. Not just that, even Kanche made headlines as the best Telugu Film, bagging a national award. It certainly is an honour for all the Telugu people across India, and no one is slowing down in congratulating the respective teams and expressing their pride in being a Telugu audience.
When we say no one, we literally mean no one! From celebrities from the film fraternity, to the politicians of both the Telugu states, AP and Telangana, everyone have made it a point to appreciate the winners. So much so, that a special resolution was passed in the AP Assembly on Tuesday, congratulating and honouring both the movies. AP chief minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu praised and appreciated the efforts made by the film makers, congratulated the both the teams on their achievements.
The AP Chief Minister also heaped praises on the entire cast and crew, the production teams, and the makers of the movie, and also thanked them for establishing the Telugu industry and Telugu people on the national and global fronts.
