Surya is father of Young Charan(Ram Charan).
Mattu Bhai kills Surya as soon as he gets out of jail and also injures his wife.To cover his mother’s expensive surgery, charan takes the blame of murder commited by someone else on his name and goes to jail.
After spending 12 years in jail he comesout as an youngman, but learns that his mother died while he was in jail.
His uncle advises him to move to bangkok and there he meets a rich girl (Neha Sharma) who is daughter of a richman karthikeya( Prakash Raj).
He gets attracted towards her initially and after a couple of duets , realises that she’s adamant and proud of her father’s wealth.
He slowly tranformes her nature into love after few action sequences.
The rest of the movie is about how he avenges his father’s death by killing Mattu Bhai and wins over tha hand of the girl he loved.
Charan looks ok with well build physique and is also good in action sequences and dances. But his diction, looks are below average and he has still a long way to go before people can compare him with industry’s topguns.
Heroine, Neha Sharma is definitely not a heroine material. She is in just for some skin show. He outdated acting(?) skills and histrinoics prove that no proper training was given to her prior to this movie.
Most of her dialogues and scenes make us remember those heroines from 1980′s movies with a rich father and arrongant attitude.
The biggest plus points of this movie are director Puri Jagan’s talent to present debutant hero and heroines in a stylish manner within their limitations.
Cinematography and Background score are added attractions.
Comedy track of 4 (dharmavarapu, m.s.narayana,Ali,Brahmanandam) is good but doesn’t fit anywhere into the screenplay.
Director should have tried to blend it into the story.
Climax looks inspired from Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi and other hollywood flicks like Rambo, Apocalypto etc.
Second half is boring and guessable.
Fans will like it and for others it may look like a good start for Ram Charan.
