Idi PellantaraDeepak(Chiranjeevi) and Radha(Radhika) take up a project of surveying people in villages about inequality of rights between men and women.
They travel together for this work and get closer to each other in this process.
Their work is appreciated by their editor Prabhakar Reddy and he gives them fulltime jobs.
Deepak and Radha decide live together but twist in the tale comes in the form of Punyamurthi(Gollapudi), who lodges unofficial complaint with police that radha is his wife and they have a kid too.
Police warn deepak and radha is forced to go with punyamurthi, who keeps on blackmailing deepak for money.
He misuses deepak’s softcorner for radha and keeps extracting money for his alchoholism.
Unable to bear with his torture, radha attempts to kill punyamurthi.
But he escapes with a minor stabbing injury.

When radha is presented in court, she argues about inequality of rights between men and women and why can’t woman break free from an unwanted marriage.
Judge gets convinced with her argument and grants her divorce and freedom from punyamurthi.
Radha gets back to Deepak, who wholeheartedly accepts her along with her kid.
Punyamurthi is sent to jail.

Chiranjeevi excels in the role of a soft hearted gentleman who fights against society norms to help out a woman suppressed his her unwanted marriage.
Radhika and Gollapudi’s performances make this movie watchable.
