Film opens in grand style with intro of Chiru as Shankar Prasad, who does dadagiri along with his sidekick ATM(Srikanth) and gang.
He listens to the voice of radio jockey Jahnavi(Karishma Kotak) on radio channel 93.5 Sfm and fall in love with her and dreams of her.
First song is Good Morning…In a contest aired on radio shankar prasad wins and gets a chance to meet her at radio station.
He projects himself as professor shankar prasad and on onde day jahnavi jumps into college campus to meet him.
Shankar prasad manages to convince her as if he’s a real professor, but is caught in a cliche when she invites him to an oldage home, where she lives with few oldmen to speak about gandhi.
In reality our shankardada works for a businessman Rajalingam(Sayaji Shinde) and to coverup his ignorance about gandhiji, he goes to a library to study about gandhi.
But his fate turns on that very day and he sees gandhiji in real(illusion?).

Shankar is shocked but us helped by gandhi on next day, when he meets jahnavi and other oldmen at their oldage home.
Shankar manages to impress them with correct answers provided by gandhi from his back and he notices that jahnavi is actually attracted towards him.
His gang with ATM sings second song agadekaveeruniki atiloka sundari ki in which steps are too good.
This song draws huge applause from fans.
Rajalingam’s daughter Sada gets engaged to a bigshot’s son and they demand the oldage home in which jahnavi stays with oldmen for this marriage to workout.
Rajalingam notices that shankar’s love for jahnavi and asks them to take
jahnavi along with her oldmen to a vacation paid by him as a gift to his marriage.
Shankar gets excited and they leave to sing 3rd song Bhoogolamanta Sachilona which again is well picturised with great steps, cool locations and excellent cinematography.
On the other side, Rajalingam uses ATM to get oldage home vacated by force and when Jahnavi knows about this, she informs to shankar and after they return, shankar argues with ATM over this issue and slaps him.
Later Shankar gets depressed over what went wrong and Gandhi shows him a simple solution to solve this conflict.
He asks shankar to say sorry to ATM and the scene in which shankar says sorry to ATM is touchy.
The scene ends with both walking away with hands on each other’s shoulders along with gandhi

I N T E R V A L

Second half starts with shankar prasad, Jahnavi, ATM and oldmen planning to do a protest against Rajalingam by standing in front of his house and sending him flowers and greetings.
Rajalingam gets them arrested and they’re released on bail by Jahnavi.
Gandhi appears again and asks shankar to reveal his true identity to Jahnavi.
Shankar promises to write a letter to her explaining about him and 4th song follows which is

Chandamama kosame.
At the end of song, jahnavi snatches letter from shankar’s hand and reads it to be shocked.
She leaves shankar but gandhi assures him that if his love is true, she will return.
Shankar alone stands in front of rajalingam’s house and to expose him, rajalingam organises a pressmeet in which gandhi answers only those questions known to shankar and remains calm for others.
Shankar is projected as a madman who talks to ghosts and is left all alone.
He is depressed and wants to go back to his village and ATM takes him to a bar to change his mood.
5th song Aakaleste annam pedata appears here starring chiru,srikanth and Yanagupta.
A determined Shankar returns to fight back in gandhigiri style and jahnavi joins him.
They both join to host a live program on radio helping to teach others practice gandhigiri.
In this process shankar succeeds in stopping an youngster(Rohit) from committing suicide and puts him on right track.
This scene is touching.
6th song O bapu nuvve ravali

Their program gains popularity and Rajalingam’s tensions grow.
He cheats groom’s parents by changing his daughter’s horoscope, but when reality is exposed, his daughter,(Sada) hates him and leaves his place.
She call shankar on live radio and shankar guides her back home with help of Rohit, who is now running a taxi in his new life.
When things get worse at wedding, Shankar interfers to see Brahmanandam as an astrologer who claims that her horoscope doesn’t soot the groom.
Shankar threatens brahmam but they attack shankar and stars beating him up. Shankar tries to retaliate, but sees gandhi and stops. Everyone assumes that the marraige is broken but bridegroom (Pawan kalyan in a guesrole) surprises everyone by accepting sada’s hand.
His dialogues in this scene : ayana gandhigiri chestunnaru kabatti mee aatalu sagutunnai, dadagiri cheste meelo okkadu kuda migaladu. ayana mida cheyyi veste ayana urukunnaa kaanee, nenu matram urukonu.

The movie ends on a happy note with post climax scenes showing everyone entering into their oldage home happily

Performance of Chiranjeevi is extraordinary, especially his new styles, costumes, expression, dialogues, dances, bodylanguage everything about him is unique.
New heroine Karishma Kotak looks good but acts average in many scenes.
Srikanth looks more matured than the first part.
Comedy gang of Venu madhav, dharmavarapu, narsing yadav etc have less to do and even brahmanandam.
Raja and Sada are justified in their short but meaningful roles.
Sayaji shinde as the bad guy is impressive showing his greed.
Pawan Kalyan’s appearance in climax with his dialogues generate great response in theatre.
Ravi teja & Allu Arjun’s appearance in Jagadekaveeruniki song also generates great response.
Overall its an out and out Chiru’s movie.
His steps in aakaleste annam pedta, jagadeka veeruniki & bhoogolamanta sanchilona songs are a treat to watch.
