Chiranjeevi’s Prajarajyam party had its final meeting at hyderabad with cadre and leaders from districts.
Though there was pressure from fans and cadre to withdraw decision to merge into congress, Chiranjeevi was firm on his stance.
“I will not change. My ideology and my commitment for social justice will not change,” said Chiranjeevi.
“For a long time, the Congress was keen on utilizing my services. They have recognized my strengths, my commitment and my public service. I accepted their offer,” he said and explained the circumstances that prompted him to take a plunge into politics.
Even when many leaders like vasireddy padma are planning to leave Chiru, he was not ready to change his decision.
