Prajarajyam chief K.Chiranjeevi will soon be touring Srikakulam district as a part of his Praja Chaitanya Yatra.
It will start from Ichapuram in Srikakulam on September 14, to fight for farmers who have lost their lands to the proposed thermal power station at Sompeta, besides other issues.
The five-day yatra will also cover Vizianagaram district and some others. Mr Chiranjeevi also plans to tour Telangana soon.
“I will certainly tour Telangana. People of all regions are suffering due to an inept government. Government should come out with a white paper on APIIC allotment of lands and related issues,” he said.
Mr Chiranjeevi expressed his dissatisfaction at the one-year rule of the Rosaiah government. “Viral fever and other diseases have hit many parts of the state but the government has failed to take action. Lack of co-ordination has crippled the administration,” he alleged.
