Ramcharan Tej has taken a break from his ‘Racha’ shooting schedule and took off to himalayas.
He landed at Mc Leod Ganj alone to experience the simple life of the Buddhist monks.
His trip was totally unplanned, with no advance hotel bookings, no mobile phones, no internet etc.
He just had a backpack, a tent and an inflatable bed with him during this trip.
He trekked for 4500 feet for almost 5 hours and witnessed the first snowfall of this winter in himalayas.
All this was done at a temperature of -5 degrees celsius.
This indeed is a great adventure from a celebrity like charan.
Charan has finished his himalayas trip and will soon join Racha movie unit.
This movie is 50% complete now and Charan is not showing any rush to wrap it soon.
He will get busy next month with his planned engagement and wedding coming up in january 2012.
So, we can expect Racha only in summer 2012.
