Shruti Hassan has clarified that she is acting in Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh and rubbished all rumours about her being replaced.
“I don’t know from where these rumours come from. Any how, they will not affect me as I’m a very positive person. I’m the heroine of Gabbar Singh,” said Shruti Haasan.
Shruti Hassan is looking forward to work with Pawan Kalyan for the first time.
“I’m very excited to be part of the film. I think it’s going to be a lot of fun and a great learning experience working with Pawan Kalyan. Director Harish Shankar has made elaborate changes to the script to suit the local audience. I like my role very much. You will see a completely new avatar of Shruti Hassan in this film. We will be starting the shoot very soon,” she added.
The November schedule of ‘Gabbar Singh‘ has been put off due to Pawan’s backache and delay in Panjaa post-production and patchwork of shooting, which completed last week. Pawan will resume shooting from December and the film is slated to release on 21st April 2012.
